I was asked to fill out a form that included:
work accomplished for the prior year
my goals for the next year
how I felt I was and wasn't supported by the company
and what the Company should do to provide better
support in the coming year.
my ideas for improving the company

I listed them above. The Owner and my manager met with me and we went over my review written by me then we went over the management assessment of goals.
Two rounds of interviews are conducted with usually 2 or more groups of 2 or more account service members. Current interns will also interview you. In the second stage of the interview process you will be interviewed by senior account service staff and the head of the company.
