Sehr gut strukturiertes Vorstellungsgespräch und Es wird sich ausreichend Zeit genommen, um den Bewerber kennenzulernen. Begonnen wird das Gespräch mit einer ausführlichen Vorstellung des Unternehmens. Die anschließenden Punkte (Vorstellung Bewerber, Fragen, etc.) sind natürlich auch dabei.
Der weitere Prozess ist ebenfalls sehr transparent und wird ebenfalls im Gespräch erklärt.

Applied in first week March 2023 had 1st interview in last week March 2023. Interviews were very nice and supportive but it was not clear what they were looking in the candidate. Interview went well but I didn't make it past this round
