Interview
Extremely vague - preliminary interview with the President consisted of him asking generic questions just to get a sense of what type of person you are and what you want from a job. If liked, there was then an on-site interview at an actual location (Sam's Club) where he then goes in-depth with what the position actually entails and the pay. Getting paid minimum wage with $180 tops bonuses is absolutely ridiculous for a recent college graduate.

Interview
It was all through e-mail, and then you meet with the President in his office. He is very vague about what the job actually is, but he has very good people skills, he seemed friendly and made the job sound very good. I was happy that they were taking on college students for summer internships. He seemed well organized and excited about his company, which gave a positive outlook, but again he never thoroughly explained what we would actually be doing during the day.

Interview
Got emailed and asked to come in for an in-person interview. Questions were very simple and straightforward. Went in for a second interview at Sam's Club in Reston. Turns out that is where they work every day and it is just a sales job with horrible pay.
