      I interviewed at Scientific Games

      Interview

the actual interview was fine. it was a video conference with 2 people. what made me dislike/distrust the company was the mandatory personal disclosures that couldn't be left blank on the application despite the claim that it was voluntary. "Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file." there were 2 dropdowns where a selection was mandatory--even had an asterisk* reminding you it was mandatory, despite the lie about "voluntary disclosures" at the top of the page. applicants were forced to "voluntarily" disclose gender and whether one was hispanic or latino. the problem here is not having to disclose that information per say, but the fact that scientific games was blatantly lying and probably breaking the law. but i guess a giant corporation can do whatever it wants.
