It was definitely a organized and systematic process that I can respect because everything that they told me ahead of time actually happened. The manager and owner of the company interviewed me and was right there with people so i thought was cool, it shows he cares and isnt too high and mighty to work just as hard for you as you do. I felt like the people were friendly and I was already feeling as if I was apart of the team.
