Interview
Initially I was called by HR to set up a phone interview with them. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and they asked basic questions about experience. The phone interview with the HR rep was followed by a 2 person panel interview with the hiring managers. The questions asked was a mix of behavioral and experience/skill set based. They also took time to talk about the department itself and answered my questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2024
Interview
I met with another project manager in the same role and got a good understanding of the role and work environment from him. It seemed like a great fit overall, given my experience and personality. I met with a manager/director and thought the meeting went well, but I was not given an offer and received no feedback as to why, despite explicitly asking for it from the HR manager.
