Interview
Very quick interview process. Only asked customer service based questions, behavioural questions, customer based scenarios and asking about past experiences.
Other than that the interview process was fairly easy.They mostly want to see if you are a team fit and know if you have good learning abilities.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
