Submitted resume in person, received call to come in within 2 weeks, one interview. Interview is set by the company, so interviewer read from the proposed list of questions. About an hour, almost. The most questions I've had to answer in an interview. One interviewer. Good sense of humour, so it wasn't too intense.

The typical "where do you expect to be in 5 years?" Not because unexpected, but worried I should want to still be with the company. My honesty was ok though.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
