Interview
There were two interviews - one with HR & Senior Manager. HR interviews you first and then Senior Manager a couple weeks later. It was timely and brief. Both interviewers were very professional and friendly.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a conflict on your team.
Reached out to by HR after 1 week and a team member after applying online after 1.5 weeks. Was given less than a working day of notice for the first-round online interview. During the call, the questions felt unstructured. They repeatedly pressed me on why I wanted the role, but never actually explained what the role fully entailed. Communication stopped immediately after the call—no feedback, no update.
two rounds of interview, one hirevue and one in person and one group coffee chat, friendly process in general, very interesting to learn about the team. good experience over all, thumbs up
nice vibe with very professional structure. with multiple normal bq and mainly ask you about your resume, so need to prepare your resume carefully, you need to familiar with anything on your resume
