we first spoke on the phone a couple of times. Then we met in person, myself and the customer service manager. They conducted an extensive background check, this was done by a independent private investigation company. Everything on the resume was verified and checked. The process takes approximately 4 weeks.

I received an email which said I've passed the first level and the next step is a virtual interview. so, I picked up a date and then I did the interview
