1st interview with HR about overall experience and salary expectation 2nd interview with global tech. Lead - technical questions, walking through past experience and challenges 3rd interview with VP - general questions about process improvement, new business opportunities, market analysis and strategies

Question 1
Explain what have you done in the past for building a road map? How do you motoviate your team to improve their performance? Why did you leave your previous job after 1 year?
There were too many items and questions asked that were not relevant to the role. I would suggest the questions be more relevant for the role instead. perhaps they should update to use more relevant questions

It was very straightforward. Mix of technical and behavioural questions. Manager was easy to connect with. Overall pleasant and efficient process. I would recommend Scotiabank as a place to interview
