I will touch on the one-way video interview during the initial application.
You will have to answer roughly 5 questions within a short time - you will be cut off, so be concise! Most gave less than 3 minutes.
You will have time to test out your camera, mic, and about 30 secs before each question to think about your answer.

The interview was fully behavioral and enjoyable. It started with a coffee chat, followed by a behavioral interview. I received the offer shortly afterwards. The recruiter was very helpful and was very clear throughout the process too.
Online video interview for plum that had three questions all one minute each then interview with HR and then I got rejected. Heard sometimes there is a technical interview depending on the job. Good Luck
