The intern interview is straightforward and mostly resume-driven. They walk through my resume and ask about what I did on projects—my role, results, and what I learned—plus a few light behavioral or safety questions. The tone is conversational, not intimidating, and they’re mainly looking for clear communication, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
