Interview
Group interview. Arrive on time. If you are late, you are immediately excluded, no exceptions. Interview was about an hour long, with everyone answering 1 question at a time related to: Why do you want to be a scribe? What experience do you have? What qualities do you possess that make you qualified?
Very standard questions that should be easy to prepare for.
You are then given an essay to write so they can assess your writing abilities.
