Very weird. Was asked to take personality test, followed by a 10 minutes call to ask my 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses. They even told me that they’re very open to giving honest feedback but rejected me without providing any feedback 🤦🏽‍♂️. Not sure what they’re looking for.
