Easy, painless and simple. One phone interview one in person interview at store and then I got a job offer. Started two weeks later. Month of in office and shadowing a field technician before I was on my own

I met with a recruiter twice. I was under the impression she scheduled the 2nd call to discuss my background + the role further because the first call was very quick and basic. Nope....she literally forgot she had already met with me. And both calls happened in a 7 day span. Also, on the call she clearly was not prepared. She didn't know the basics of role, she didn't know what the 'GMB' platform was or that it has been renamed, and she also didn't pay attention to my public resume because she was surprised to hear that I did not have a college degree. Also, she kept her camera off for both calls - which I thought was kind of unprofessional but ok, no big deal. She was late to the 2nd meeting as well, and this was during normal working hours on a weekday. Overall, it was a very poor experience.
