breezy interview simple 3 questions, I would imagine it would be more difficult if it wasn't an interview for seasonal (though i got hired for full-part time.) was being interviewed with 8 other people so a little nerve racking but still easy. Manager requires all sears employees to take drug and back test, not sure if store policy or corp policy but still, be prepared..
