I first applied online, then I was contacted by the HR representation for an in-person interview at the store. After the interview, I was immediately offered the job. The whole process was very quick and easy.

I applied online late at night and the next day, hours later, I got an email from HR and they wanted an interview. I set up the interview for about 2 days later. I went into the store and spoke to the hiring manager and she directed me to HR. I waited on her for a few minutes (I honestly think she forgot I was in there.) Once she came, she took me back into a room and asked me one question. I basically didn’t even get to do an interview because she asked for my availability and that killed everything on the spot. She needed someone who could come in 2 hours earlier or literally THIRTY minutes earlier from the time I gave her. She told me she was dealing with so many people who didn’t have availability and that things weren’t gonna work. Mind you, when I applied, my availability was put on the application! So that was the end of it. My time was wasted. Then almost a week later, HR sent an email stating that they decided to look at other candidates.
