I did the testing online for management, went in and was interviewed by four separate people before hired for position.
Things they look for is clean dress, smiles, and confidence in who you are. Do not show up in dirty baggy jeans or sweats and wonder why they turn you away.

Several interviews for 2 jobs at one company. Interviewed for a lead job in the return area. Interviewed with 5 of the management team in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later stated the job was not available. I was asked to interview for another job as a lead. Only 1 interview. From March to May went through process of interviews.

Fairly easy. Just general questions about leading a team, working in projects, and typical ethics questions. They'll ask about previous work experiences and how they apply to the current position.
