I bombed the Panel Interview and I knew it. What is disturbing is that I got a call the next day for me to come back for a job offer. So I went and it was a 45 minute drive, only for them to say it was a mistake. How embarrassing, one of the guys who interviewed me came out to get me when I got there and he was like, "what are you doing here, we already interviewed you". The general manager was the one who called me to come in. Talk about bad communication. I just hope they don't do this other people. Also during the interview one of the guys sat in front of me on his cell phone while the other guy asked questions. Very distracting and very rude.
