The interview went well. I interviewed with two different managers and they asked a series of questions about my previous experience and work history. The whole process was pretty casual and the managers were friendly. Sears is very informative about the job description and duties that must be performed.

Describe a time you went above and beyond to help a customer?
Two interviews, group and alone, took a few days to hear back from them, simple questions about sales experience, most were easy-going, just be vocal and present, dress accordingly

Questions about work experience, mainly talking about the history of sears which isn't really productive at all... lots of rambling about own personal life. I felt like the whole interview was a bit unprofessional. They were defiently desperate to get someone to fill the role and after working there for a little biti i quickly figured out that people quit their job right away. I got the job.
