Seaspan ULC interview questions

The interview process consisted of a single 30-minute interview with the hiring managers. The discussion was relaxed and conversational, focusing on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the contractor assembly planner role. The managers were friendly and approachable, which made the interview comfortable and allowed for open communication. Overall, the process was straightforward and efficient.

There were 2 rounds of interview. Initial with recruiter. Later with hiring team. All were virtually held. The questions were primarily based on the previous experience, followed by discussion on the company.
