Question 1
What's a design that you've seen recently that you feel was successful?
Quick turnaround, 1 week usually for comms. Was put through a first round screen and got asked primarily behavioral questions. Didn't move forward in the process but I believe the next round should be a technical interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at SeatGeek (New York, NY) in Mar 2017
Interview
I was contacted by the recruitment team about a week after I submitted an online application. A quick video call was set up with a member of the product team to get an idea of my background and interest in the role. After that I was invited for another longer video call with a member of the team, which was a bit more in-depth, but still behavioral. In the end they decided to move forward with candidates who had a more technical background, but the overall process was very pleasant and the members of the team I spoke with were all very kind and passionate about their roles.
