I applied online. I interviewed at Seattle Counseling Service (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2020
Interview
As with most mental health agencies, even before Covid-19, the first interview was done over the phone with one of the HR employees. Basic questions. Went well. I went on to the next phase of the interview process and was given a second interview. Normally it would be done in person but due Covid-19 it was done over Zoom. This was a bit awkward especially with my cat starting to meow in the middle of the interview however the interviewer made the situation less awkward. I ended up with an unexpected third interview which was great because it was done with someone I would be working with as a colleague. I think having an interview with someone you will be working along side with as an equal is a great idea. I just found out I got the job and will be starting in a few weeks. Yes, I would have posted a positive interview process even if I didn't get the job.

Question 1
They asked the typical questions anyone would ask when working in the community mental health system in King County.
unresponsive and unprofessional, makes you think a "counseling" service would treat others well but that was not the case. makes me wonder how much worse it would be inside the company
