      Most ridiculous interview process. Talent Team don't even bother sharing the Cvs with the hiring manager to select people first. Talent Team arrange like interview call with them first. Why would you bother people if your hiring manager won't even agreeing with you due to sheer volume of cvs. It takes time and effort to prepare for any interview unless it is a call that comes from Talent Team to discuss the job opportunity first. Everything went fine on the interview, actually really good answers but still decided to reject due to not showing my cv with the hiring manager. Total non nonsense. Please don't waste your Time.
