The interview process included several pre-interview tasks and assessments, which were quite time-consuming to complete and a bit too much for initial stage. Afterward, they didn’t bother replying to any follow-ups, which felt like 'used and thrown'

Interview
Round 1 was a call that lasted up to an hour. The second round was a face-to-face interview with the manager. My role didn’t have a third round. I received the offer only a month after the first call, it took quite a while. When I was finally offered the role, I was shocked by the pay package they proposed. It was well below market rates, quite a slap in the face, lol.
