I applied through other source. I interviewed at Security Management Services (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2018
Interview
I just gave a call to this company to find out whether they have job opportunities at a specific location. I then had a quick dialog with an HR person who denied giving me any information and invited to visit their office. Then he hang up on me when I tried to explain that knowing location availability is important before going any further. I don't know what kind of impression they are trying to leave with their current and potential customers, but if this is the kind of service you can get from this company, you better grab your staff and run away as quickly as possible because nothing good can be coming from people who are rude on the first innocent interaction over the phone. And that was their head office, not some random person, jeez.

Interview
They will just tell you what its like to work for them. The people working there are good people. Its just there is no advancement opportunity. If you want to work its an okay place to work for a while.

Interview
Very simple. One interview, one-on-one with the HR manager.
I applied on line on a Wednesday.
I was contacted on following day, and was asked a few questions to clarify my resume. Such as, 'How long have you been working i this industry?', and 'What were your main responsibilities at your last place of employment?'.
After a few questions, I was asked to come in for an interview on Saturday. I thought that a Saturday interview was odd, but of course I agreed.
I reported to the office on Saturday as requested, and the HR manager greeted me. He was on time and very pleasant.
The interview took about 15 minutes, and the HR manager seemed very positive, but asked me to wait for his call.
He contacted me on Monday and asked me to come back into the office on Tuesday to fill out some forms, and to bring ID.
On the Tuesday he presented me with an offer letter, which i accepted.
I began training at my first site that same weekend.
