Securonix Engineering Manager interview questions

Pathetic interview process. Recruiters don't have clue about the position they are hiring. So it took me 2 months to figure out whether I am being hired as an EM or as an Engineering Director. Recruiter said its for an EM position, but my interviewers (specially the Head of Engineering which took my 5th round interview) gave me good feedback and said as per my experience I would be recruited as a Director. The company took 1.5 months to complete the interview process and then the recruiter started crying to offer me a descent salary as I had 2 other good offers in hand. HR is so unsmart they they think they can interview for 2 months, but in these 2 months candidate should not bag any other offers. 1 clear example of this company being run by brainless people is though they have development center in India, but none of your interviews will be conducted from India and you don't get to talk to any leaders in India. HR will do only whatever instructions come from the bosses in US and there is absolutely nothing for decision making in India. Good organization for brainless people who are good at following orders and no creativity.
