This process is same for fresher as well as experienced employees. So prepare well before appearing.
Aptitude test questions are related to logical reasoning, Geometry, Time and work, Missing numbers, Blood relationship. English questions were related to grammar and essay writing.
Technical questions were related to basic Electronics consisting of RLC circuits, Transistor, Filters, opamaps, diodes. Mostly circuit was given as we were asked to find output voltage, current, charging time, find power and RC filters cut off frequency and transfer function.
