I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Lake Mary, FL) in Dec 2011
Interview
I applied online and was contacted the next day, however I missed the call and attempted to reach the recruiter at least three time that week leaving messages. She did finally call me at the end of the week ans set up and interview for that following Monday. She sent me a link to take a couple of quizzes, which you can google the answer for some of them. I interviewed with both supervisors who were hiriing. They asked very basic interview questions. I sent a thank you email to the person I interviewed with. After a week I sent one to the recruiter to find out the status, a waited another week and heard nothing. So that third week I emailed the person I actually sat down with to find out the status and to advise why again I thought I would be a great candidate. That same week on Friday I got a call and was offered the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Ontario, CA) in Sept 2022
Interview
Great. Clean Office. Friendly vibe. Straight and to the point reviewed my resume and went over some questions. Let it open for me to ask questions. At the end of the interview process they have you take a basic assignment test and the end of the test is an essay part. Make sure you use 100 words minimum.

Very easy, basic interview questions. They really want to get a sense of your career goals and personality. Spent time talking about job role and expectations and the rest was going over my resume and talking about my work experience.
