Everything was done by phone, very smooth process. The interviewer was very nice, explained Sedgwick and what the company represents as a global company. They asked questions about your experience. Also asked what we know about Sedgwick.
there was a online screening process with multiple coice question. the first interview was with a recruiter it last about 15 minutes. there was a virtual panel interview with two members of Management. it was an overall good interview

They were desperate to hire, there is a high turnover rate- so the questions were not hard. It was a pleasant experience overall. The job was explained differently than it has turned out to be- it is a constantly changing company, and sometimes the change can be stressful.
