They use the STAR method for interviews. A lot of tell me about a time questions. Do your research on that method and you will do fine. You more than likely will interview with at least 2 people.

Interview and hiring process is horrible they have to check all previous jobs that you worked at before they hire you which some times takes a while. Besides that its not to bad but still very annoying

Interview
The Direct Hire - 1st Interview was quick and painless. It was conducted via HireVue. The interview consisted of mainly video responses where you will be asked a question and your answer to that question is recorded. You cannot pre-record your answers. There are no do-overs. You will have about 30-40 seconds to prepare in between questions.

Interview
The interview process Sedgwick provided was very simple and nothing too nerve-wracking. My first interview was through Hirevue, which wasn't difficult at all. After a few days, I was contacted to participate in a live interview with a recruiter, which was very conversational, comfortable, and to the point. I love how they have developed an interview process that doesn't suck the life out of you. Nevertheless, I did get the job offer. :)
