Interview
First interview was through hirevu, recorded answers to questions asked. I then was given a second interview where I talked more about my previous job experiences and what I did and how that would help me in my customer service roll. I was then told about the job and hours and pay and the acceptance.

Describe a situation when you had to have empathy?
Smooth and at ease. The managers were very kind and pretty straightforward when questions were asked and allowed for plenty of opportunity for me to ask, even walked me around the office.
It begins with a virtual interview in which there is some quotations you record yourself answering, some you write, and some multiple choice. This was easy enough but of course talking to a person is always preferred to me
