First round with tech lead to see compatibility. I was then given an assignment and did not get through because they required someone who could do illustrations on top of product design.
Was a horrible interview experience. I was a fresh graduate and they should know this since they read my resume and still decided to call me in for an interview. They asked me how I would measure community engagement and I did my best. Later they snootily informed me that there was an official term and way to do it and I should have known that. Obviously, I didn't and I did tell them earlier in the interview that I did not have that much experience in the field. They could have said it in a nicer way but they didn't and left me feeling quite humiliated by the experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Seedly (Singapore) in Sept 2021
Interview
I applied online through Linkedin. Got a prompt invite for the first interview with the hiring manager and co-founder. The first interview with them was thoughtful and set good expectations of the role.
The call with the recruiter happened after that and was revealed that my expected salary was beyond the company's budget.
I did not receive a call back after.
