Question 1
Give one example of when you optimised a legal process
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Seedrs (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
It was a three stage interview process: call with HR followed by two technical tasks, an interview with supervisor and then an interview with the director. The technical tasks involved creating a pivot table in Excel and a written task. The HR person was lovely and was quick with updates on the stage of my application. The interview questions were typical, but required some previous office experience to respond which I did not expect for an entry-level role
