I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Segal (New York, NY) in Apr 2012
Interview
Overall the interview process was pretty easy. We met in groups of two people per interview. Their questions revolved around why I wanted to work at Segal, as well as within the industry. They were also curious as to my experience.
Two to Three Interviews talking about your experience, Call and Zooms. Talk about career and aspirations. Nothing really technical as it is mostly on the job learning but great resources for professional development.

Question 1
How will your previous experience translate into a new role.
5 interviews total. Hiring manager, hiring manager's manager, team member, analyst on a separate team, and then Hr. None were technical. Talked about my background, most behavioral questions. Everyone was polite.

Interview
Strangest interview I have ever had. It was three 45-minute conversations where the interviewers essentially talked about how they have no company culture because everyone works from home, how boring it is, and went on and on about the negatives they experience.
