I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Seismic (Boston, MA) in Oct 2019
Interview
The first call with the recruiter was great. She was very open and honest about the company and the position. She really seemed to know a lot about the job and position, compared to other recruiters I have dealt with. I then spoke to a manager who was very friendly, knowledgable, and an active listener. The third person did not seem like they were even listening to my speak. She was 10 minutes late to the call, and had to leave 5 minutes before the call was supposed to end. I felt as though she was doing other work while I was speaking, not very engaged. I was not shocked when I did not move onto the next round. Felt as though my application was not taken seriously.
My interview process was smooth, and there was clear communication throughout the process! Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. Even though I didn't get the job, it stands out as one of the kindest, most professional interview experiences I have had.

Interview
Overall, really positive interview experience. I did have a phone screen where the goal was to get an understanding about the company, the role and salary expectations. After, I spoke to nearly everyone on the Customer Success LT throughout the process where everyone was very clear about what the role entails and how this is a fast paced company. Most of the people I spoke to it was virtual/over the phone. I did go into the office to present a QBR to about 5 people where they ask you questions at the end then you meet with a couple of people from the team.
