First phone interview,then face to face with direct supervisor. She was friendly and it was conversational. Never gave me a chance to ask questions. Told me immediately, I was her first choice. Next interviewed with VP face to face. It was conversational, casual. Basically, if direct supervisor was interested in me, the second interview with the VP was a pass through.

The VP told me if I had any questions to contact her. I wrote her a thank you note and added a few basic questions about training and the on boarding process. ( I never got a response back from her.) The direct supervisor found out, was very mad and had a change of heart in selecting me. The VP told her to relax and I was hired on.
