The whole process is quite easy on the applicant. The company responded really quickly after the application with a link to an online test. The test covered much of the content that usually requires many stages of interviewing and waiting in most companies. After passing the online test, I got a practical test then a final interview with HR. Considering I was really busy with my work in the former company, I felt the whole process was relaxed and allowed me to do much of the interviewing at my pace. Also, the attached HR official was reachable for any inquiry or clarification.
