First interview - online at home video interview, answered two questions. Very straight forward as it’s just a recorded interview and you can record yourself more than once if you’re not happy with your recording, followed by in person group interview.

The interview itself was conducted professionally, yet it felt conversational and welcoming. The interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me, my experiences, and how I could contribute to the Selfridges team. Their questions were thought-provoking and relevant, providing me with an opportunity to highlight my strengths and experiences in sales and customer service.
Furthermore, I appreciated the transparency throughout the process. The interviewers provided clear information about the role, the expectations, and the company culture, ensuring that I had a comprehensive understanding of what to expect if offered the position.
