Online application followed by telephone interview but this is quite informal they’re just getting to know your availability and your previous experience this is then followed by in person interview and group task

Question 1
A customer comes in looking for a bag and it is out of stock what do you do
email invite to a link where you answer video recorded questions, scenario questions that test what you do in situations, in person interview at the store where your asked similar questions
Straight forward, customer-first centric, 3 stage process: Scenario questions at application stage, video interview (record & submit), & face-to-face interview.
Most questions are seeing how you would put the customer first in scenarios & going beyond for customer service.

that required a lot of thinking and problem solving. But the interviewer was super nice and made me feel super comfortable but I think I should have practiced abit more
