I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Selkirk College (Edmonton, AB) in Jan 2019
Interview
Sat down and talked. I was a very short process, we went over expectations and job duties. The entire process took less then 1 hour to complete. All in all it was a great place to work.
I applied over the internet and then they called me on the phone for an interview. I went to the interview and then they offered me the job. I thought it was good offer so I accepted.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Selkirk College (Nelson, BC) in Apr 2014
Interview
Sat down with the coordinator for the year and they asked several of the usual interview questions to gauge how efficient I would be at the job and how I handle people. The supervisor was there as well but she made no comments, only laughing occasionally at my stories in retail. It was a very easy going, relaxed interview that felt more like a friendly conversation than anything.
