Applied online, then a month later I received an email to set up interview. Had a teams call with HM that went very well. I didn't hear back for two weeks so I reached out to the recruiter who said they were still discussing and shed let me know. I never heard back so sadly it was a no for me, just wish they would communicate better. I had a great interview experience otherwise.
