After final interview and my follow-up, I was ignored. I wasn't given the appropriate information to prepare for the interview. During the interview, the Director neither smiled nor interacted with me. She appeared visually annoyed to be there from the moment she joined. Terrible experience after I spent hours prepping. Waste of time. Ignored for weeks after two follow ups.

Very disappointing interview process. Received an automatic email for interview slot- the Italian guy, think his name was Nikolo joined late. Questions asked were extremely non- sense,company no described- Job explanation not given. Got his automatic email once again saying was not the best "fit". It is really concerning to see how nowadays you get evaluated. On top of that, understand that the dress code is going towards the smart casual, but i firmly believe that appearance does count. Very disappointing as semrush as such good reputation on the digital field.
