Interview
In-person behavioral interview. Got asked questions about my experience in software development. Didn't have the experience needed, but overall a good interview process. Should be easy with some development experience

Question 1
If you disagreed with someone, how would you resolve the issue?
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SendGrid (Denver, CO) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied on the Handshake portal of the University . There were 4 rounds in total, 1st round was completely behavioral and they selected few from there for onsite interview. There were 3 rounds onsite among them again one more behavioral and 2 problem solving rounds. They look for their values in you than anything else you can solve all their questions but still they might not select if they don't find the values they are looking for.
Overall very good experience.
I had to decline the offer as I got a better one but it was hard decision to make.
