Interview
It had 3 rounds. Round 1- telephonic with HR, Round 2- On zoom with HR and panel of Deans and Professors, Round 3- In-person with Deans at one of the campuses.

Round 1: Basic HR questions (background check, education and experience)
Round2: Teaching demonstration, teaching style, research capabilities, situational questions pertaining to plagiarism, difficult students, issues with non engagement)
Round 3: Fit with Seneca's values, alignment with goals and culture, challenges with students
There were three different stages of interviews: the first one with the Human Resources Department, the second one was with the school's Program Director, and the last one was with the Chair of the department.
