Senior Aerospace AMT interview questions

Started off with the normal textbook questions, then was led out into the shop, taken to each assembly area and the team lead explained what they did, what the area is like, what they think of the company, and would answer any questions. They mainly use what the leads thought of you as their deciding factor. Best interview I have ever had
