Interview
Two in person interviews with Executive Director, phone interview with Regional Director of Sales, online assessment. Interview process was pretty easy. They did not go very in-depth. Seems like they just needed a warm body to fill the position.
Recruiter called, interviewed with her, then the executive director, then the regional sales people. After the regional interview, the recruiter called me back and offered me the job about 40 minutes after the interview.

Highly, highly professional organization. Would love to work with them. Interview process was very smooth. Met multiple layers of management and colleagues who all represented the organization with extreme professionalism.
