Senior Medical Associates interview questions

Physician reached out to schedule an interview with me, was a pleasant interview. He doesn't follow up when states he will. Schedules another call and doesn't call when says. Seems too busy to actually hire. Actually texts he was busy and apologizes for not contacting when agreed to time. Seems unstable, lacks professional courtesy.
