This is a very long process I spoke to many people in the company. I talked to the CEO, Account managers, other Care advisors and my direct manager. Every one was very nice.

Interview
I applied on line and got a phone call with in a few weeks. They did a phone interview with me asking me general questions about my past employment and why I would be an asset to their team. After the phone interview I did an in person interview this was with 6 different employees ranging from the CEO to other Care Advisors, this took 5 hours very long I felt but I got the job shortly afterwards.
